Refund Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This policy explains when you can get a refund for software products sold by Infohaz Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. ("we", "us"), such as Palisor, and how to cancel a subscription. We want you to be confident before you pay, which is why our products have a free plan you can use for as long as you like before upgrading.
Who processes your payment
Our online orders are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, invoices, sales tax and refunds on our behalf, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle's own refund policy and buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. No reason is required.
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan, whether billed monthly or yearly.
- Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date where the law in your country requires it, for example in the EU and UK.
- After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where required by law or where the product has a material defect we cannot fix (see below).
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future payments. Your paid plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the product returns to the free plan limits. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; request a refund if you are within the 14-day window.
How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and choose "Request refund".
- Or email us at sales@infohaz.com with your order number and the email address you used to buy. We will arrange the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are usually returned to your original payment method within 14 days. When a refund is issued, the licence key for that purchase is deactivated and the product returns to the free plan limits.
Problems with the product
If the product is not working as described, please contact us first at sales@infohaz.com so we can help. If we cannot fix a material defect within a reasonable time, we will refund you even if the 14-day window has passed.
When we may refuse a refund
We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy (for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles), or a breach of our Terms of Service. Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank, as a chargeback can suspend your licence while it is investigated.
Custom development and consulting
This policy covers our software products only. Custom software, security testing and cloud services are covered by the written agreement or statement of work for that project, which sets out payment, milestones and cancellation terms.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
