These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Infohaz Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Work we carry out for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Using this website

You may browse and share content from this website for your own information. You must not use it in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its visitors, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, logos and graphics on this site belong to Infohaz Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and does not form an offer or contract. Case studies describe past work and do not guarantee similar results.

Links to other websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, please report it to sales@infohaz.com rather than disclosing it publicly. Testing that disrupts the site or accesses other people's data is not permitted.

Buying our software

Our online orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, sales tax, billing questions and refunds. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our products, including Palisor, are sold by Infohaz Technologies (Pvt) Ltd., a company registered in Sri Lanka.

Software licences

When you buy a plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your own business, up to the number of machines in your plan, for as long as your subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense, copy for others, reverse engineer, or remove licence checks from the software, except where the law allows it. The software remains our property.

Free plan

Some products have a free plan with limited features or machines. You can use it for as long as you like, and we may change its limits with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown on our website; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country. If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your InfoHaz account (Billing → Invoices, card & cancel) or through Paddle. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, including our 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

Your account and licence keys

You are responsible for keeping your account password, registration key and licence keys private. Licences are linked to your account and may be used only on the servers you connect or install them on.

Acceptable use of our software

You must use our software lawfully and only on systems you own or are authorised to monitor. You must not use it to access, scan or interfere with systems without permission.

Support and updates

Paid plans include software updates and email support at sales@infohaz.com while your subscription is active.

Liability

Our software is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or detect every threat, and it does not replace your own security measures and backups. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our software or this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.
